Foundation
The NECH Foundation is the fundraising vehicle for our not-for-profit community hospital. The Foundation was launched in 2024 to support both the Hospital and the Residential Aged Care facility by raising additional funds that directly benefit the care of our patients and residents.
Funds raised are used to:
- Purchase leading-edge medical, surgical and ancillary equipment for quality patient care
- Support building refurbishment programs
- Fund approved patient care services at the hospital
- Enhancing greening spaces
- Investment in major upgrades supporting long term vision
Support from our community is key to our success
NECH Foundation receives donations and bequests from generous members of our community and local businesses. Donations in excess of $2.00 are fully tax deductible.
We recognise major gifts/donations by naming equipment, rooms or other items within the hospital and nursing home or by giving recognition on a notice board. Supporters also receive regular newsletters to keep them up to date with our activities.
