Part of the North Eastern Community Hospital, our Aged Care residence provides permanent and high care residential and respite accommodation for up to 84 residents. Our purpose-built facility has been designed to offer the comfort of home combined with exceptional medical, nursing and holistic care services.
Personalised living spaces, curated community areas and a range of premium lifestyle choices are all part of the fabric of our community. Our dementia friendly environment includes a dedicated Memory Support Unit for safe and specialised care.
Our vibrant Italian community appreciate our ability to embrace “the Italian way”, where great food, strong connection and attention to detail make all the difference to the quality of care we deliver, every day.
At the heart of our aged care facility is our exceptional care team. A community of dedicated professionals who each bring knowledge, compassion, and a commitment to quality care. Our team is truly a family who support one another as well as our residents. They deliver personalised care for everyone through collaboration with residents, their healthcare professionals and their family members.
Our greatest strength, however, lies in our inclusive culture – we support all nationalities, all religions, all languages. We understand different cultural needs and respect everyone’s right to live with dignity and individual choice.

Engaging Activities: From arts and crafts to gardening and group outings, we offer a diverse range of activities designed to cater to various interests and abilities. These activities not only provide entertainment but also encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
Shared Spaces: Our common areas, including our community kitchen, our open garden areas, and our family style dining room, are perfect for residents to relax, socialise, and enjoy shared meals. These spaces are designed to promote community and connection.
Supportive Environment: Our dedicated team of caregivers and nursing staff are always here to provide the assistance you need while respecting your independence. We pride ourselves on delivering personalised care that honours each resident’s unique needs and cultural preferences.
Family, friends and visitors are a very important part of our residents’ lives and are always welcome however our recommendation for the best hours to visit are from 10am until 6pm.
We strongly encourage involvement in family activities and events, both inside and outside of the home. Our Lifestyle team is always happy to help make arrangements for a family gathering or other special activity.
School children, special interest groups (from our community) and Service Pets also visit regularly to provide entertainment and social connection for our many residents. These activities are always optional and take place in designated areas of the home.
